Each class is a curated experience to achieve optimal results in lengthening, strengthening, and sculpting the body, finding strength in ranges of mobility through movement. Together, we move with mind to muscle connection, and from intention to action. This method simultaneously strengthens the mind and body, inspiring you to be your best version of yourself, and finding your glow from the inside out. ​
THE BALLET LAB
The Ballet Lab is a comprehensive training program dedicated to developing and fortifying a dancer’s foundational technique. The Ballet Lab focuses on improving a dancer's strength, flexibility, turnout, articulation of the feet, lines, balance, and performance quality.
The Ballet Lab focuses on improving in the following areas:
strength, flexibility, turnout, articulation of the feet, lengthening lines, balance, and performance quality.
A select group of dancers from The Ballet Lab are selected to join the "Junior ACES" Company, and are given the opportunity to train and perform with the professional artists of ACE Dance Theatre, both locally and internationally.
