A select group of young, talented dancers from THE BALLET LAB are given the opportunity to join our exclusive pre-professional company, the JUNIOR ACES!

 

The Junior ACES Program was created out of a passion to bridge the gap between student and professional, and help young emerging artists diversify and expand their skill set, professional network, and performance experience. Over the years, the JUNIOR ACES program has grown and evolved to include many different performance experiences. From performing alongside the professional company of ACE Dance Theatre, to touring a headlining show in Southern Spain, and delving into the world of dance on film with various on camera productions.  The Junior ACES are given the optimal professional dance experience, all while networking with incredible local and international artists, and building lasting relationships with like minded, motivated dancers. 

 

As a member of the Junior ACES, you are also a key piece to our promotional campaigns.  Dancers participate in a company photoshoot, video shoot and act as ambassadors to the company on our social platforms.  ​

To join the Junior ACES, dancers must attend The Ballet Lab Summer Intensive. Dancers ages 12+ will be considered to join our 2026 Company Experience.
